Brought my vehicle to Mr. Tire in Arden to have a nail removed and the tire patched. John, the assistant manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He got the issue taken care of and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Highly recommend Mr. Tire in Arden!

I brought my daughter's car in for a tire rotation and asked to have new TPMS sensors installed on all four tires. They installed the sensors and charged me $109, which I had no issue paying. What is not acceptable is that the TPMS sensors were never programmed, and one of the hubcaps is now missing. When I called to ask about these issues, I was told they don't have the equipment to program TPMS sensors. If that's the case, why wasn't I informed before the work was done? Instead, they installed the sensors, charged me, and sent me on my way knowing the job was incomplete. When I asked about the missing hubcap, I was simply told they didn't have it. They were the only shop that worked on the tires, so it disappeared while the vehicle was in their care. I've been a loyal Mr. Tire customer for many years, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. I expect honesty, clear communication, and accountability. Charging for a service you know you can't complete and returning a vehicle with a missing hubcap is unacceptable. I can't recommend this location based on my experience.

First I went in and got a quote. I went home and compared it with my dealership. It was lower by a good amount. I then went by and scheduled an appointment for the front brake job. I was told to expect to wait 2 hours. Next day took my vehicle to the shop. I was there only 1 hour. The job was done. And the invoice was less than the quote. Very pleased.

My name is Steve I work with Helping Wheels. It is our job to service veterans in a two hour radius and sometimes more around Asheville. We are used to driving around 4000 miles a month so we have to be sure that weβre safe for us and other people it was July 4. I had an emergency call in Charlotte North Carolina and my tires were bald. Nobody was open on July 4 except for Mr. tire I got some tires at a good cost. They did alignment oil change. The people were great. They come out explaining everything if we had a problem if we didnβt.. Good group of people and we will take our business there because we depend on our vehicles so we have to depend on the people we work with Mr. Tyler thank you for a wonderful experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called asking for specific tires and was sent to a call center claiming they did in fact carry the tires I wanted and were adamant i set up an appointment when all I wanted was to purchase the tires (no appointment needed for service desk operations) When I arrived I was given an eyeroll about the call center and their lack of information because they in fact did NOT have the tires I was looking for but I was in a pinch and opted for a different series but same brand of tire. I bought 2 brand new tires for $350 (originally they were $385) and had them privately mounted and balanced. I did not drive on the new tires until 2 days later on my birthday were I then blew a tire on HWY 25south where I then found out the tires they gave me were 3 almost 4 years old causing scuffing and chipping off my paint and literally bending my fender out so bad I had to roll my fender back in place (you can actually see it in the photo). Most places won't even mount tires that are 4 years old and certainly won't if they're 5 years old. I returned and told them of the ordeal and they graciously warrantied 2 brand new tires of the actual series tire I wanted and did
